Nature of Services

Dream Distillery provides Tarot Consultations, Astrology Consultations, Dream Analysis, and related intuitive, reflective, and personal-development services.
These services offer insight, guidance, and interpretation, but they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. By booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Payment & Bookings

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payments are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices listed are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

  • If Dream Distillery must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available time slot.

Refund Policy

Dream Distillery aims to deliver meaningful, high-quality guidance. If you feel genuinely dissatisfied with your session:

  • You may request a refund within 24 hours of the session, and

  • You must provide a brief explanation of your concern so we can review the experience and improve our service.

  • Refunds are not automatic, nor guaranteed, and are granted at the sole discretion of Dream Distillery.

 

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

​

  • You disagree with the guidance provided but the service was completed as described.

  • You had expectations of guaranteed predictions or outcomes.​

  • You missed the session or arrived late (no-shows remain non-refundable).

 

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Donation-Based Sessions

From time to time, Dream Distillery may offer donation-based sessions as part of skill development, service refinement, or community-building initiatives. Participation in these sessions is voluntary, and any donation amount is appreciated but not required.

 

Donation-based sessions are subject to the following terms:

​

  • They may be offered for a limited period only and do not represent Dream Distillery’s permanent pricing structure.

  • Donations are non-refundable, as they support the time and preparation invested in the session.

  • Participants may be asked to provide honest feedback to help improve service delivery; providing feedback is optional but encouraged.

  • Dream Distillery retains the right to modify, pause, or discontinue donation-based offerings at any time without notice.

  • All other Terms & Conditions—including confidentiality and boundaries—apply equally to donation-based sessions.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared in a session or through the booking process is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared unless:

  • Required by law, or

  • The client expresses clear intent to harm themselves or others.

Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge the following:

​

  • You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretations of the information provided.

  • You will not use the service as a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or professional advice.

  • You understand that all guidance is interpretive and subjective.

Guarantees

Dream Distillery does not guarantee:

​

  • Accuracy of predictions

  • Specific outcomes

  • Future results

  • Resolution of personal issues

Sessions are intended for personal insight, reflection, and self-development.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including session materials, writings, recordings, branding, and imagery) is the intellectual property of Dream Distillery and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Dream Distillery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or information provided.

  • By participating, you waive any claims against the practitioner and the business for decisions made following a session.

Right to Refuse Service

Dream Distillery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misuse of services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Tarot, Astrology, Dream Interpretation and all other related services which Dream Distillery offers are interpretive, intuitive, and exploratory practices. They do not claim to diagnose, treat, or provide professional advice in any regulated field.

Nothing provided by Dream Distillery should be used as a substitute for:
